Student Government Association
Our Purpose
The Student Government Association (SGA) serves as the official voice of the student body. Our purpose is to develop leadership experience and collaborative planning, to increase school culture, student engagement, and school representation, to identify school wide issues and address them as yearly projects, and to serve as student representatives and a link between the student body and administration.
Meet Our Officials

SPONSOR – Mr. Bradley
I am Mr. Bradley, the SGA Sponsor. This is my 3rd year in SGA. I joined SGA to renew the overall school spirit at FPC. What I hold most dear about SGA is the dialogue and planning that students create as we work towards every event or action we take.
When I was in high school (old Central) I wondered who made all those events and activities happen? I had no idea what SGA was about, my question has been answered.
PRESIDENT – Isabella Ramos-Cordero

VICE PRESIDENT – Maleyah Vasser
Hello, I’m Maleyah Vasser, the SGA Vice President. I’ve been in SGA for three years. My favorite SGA memory was my freshman year in general, because I was enrolled with my sister. She helped me get comfortable and meet many new people while opening up many new experiences for me. I joined SGA to learn more about Central and I love being involved and behind the scenes work. SGA has truly become a family and has gotten me through my high school years. A fun fact about me is that I’ve been doing competitive dance for 10 years!
SECRETARY – Anabelle Lopez

TREASURER – Melanie Gomez
Hi, my name is Melanie Gomez, and I am SGA’s Treasurer. I have been in SGA for 2 years, and I joined because I was curious on how events looked like behind the scenes! In my opinion, they’re more fun this way. My favorite moments in SGA is staying after school late to help set up events, like Homecoming. A fun fact about me is that I love cats and I want to own six!
PARLIAMENTARIAN – Jamesia “Juice” Mervil
My name is Jamesia Mervil, and I am a Student Government Association Parliamentarian. I have been a member of SGA for three years. I joined SGA to try and advocate for students, create positive change on campus, and be a strong voice for my peers, I think I’m doing okay so far. My favorite SGA memory is helping set up the Homecoming Pep Rally each year. A fun fact about me is that I love to read in my free time.
